SERVICE FEES & EXPENSES EXPLAINED

A deposit of £50 is included in the cost of each photography session and workshop [for workshops, this amount is per person, except in the event a group booking has been made]. This amount is non-refundable, except in cases where Cedar & Cove cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness.

If you cancel your booking 14 or more days before the session/workshop, you will receive a full refund, minus the deposit and any service fees. If you cancel 7-14 days before the session/workshop, you will receive a 50% refund, minus the deposit and service fees. For cancellations 5-7 days before your session/workshop, you will you will receive a 25% refund, minus the deposit and service fees. Please note that these refund amounts are calculated after deducting the deposit and service fees. We are unable to refund bookings cancelled within the last 48 hours. However, an option to re-schedule in the event of emergency and extenuating circumstances will be offered at no additional charge to you. Alternatively, we can issue a gift certificate for the value of your booking. This certificate must used for the same service but does not need to be redeemed by the original purchaser. Please note that it cannot be exchanged for cash or its monetary value.

Each booking can be rescheduled up to two times at minimum 7 days prior to the original session/workshop date. This rule does not apply to extenuating circumstances or adverse weather conditions. We are unable to refund a booking outside of these parameters. Clients who do not communicate a desire to amend a booking, and/or fail to attend a session or workshop, will also not be eligible for a refund. Please make sure to notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
